摘要
目的探讨老年肺炎患者使用抗生素的特点与合理选用情况。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月在该院接受治疗的老年肺炎患者80例,对这80例老年肺炎患者的特点和合理性进行统计、分析,保证患者用药的合理性和正确性,对其体内的耐药性进行有效的控制,很大程度上提高了该病的治愈率。结果经过一段时间的住院治疗,在这所选的80例老年肺炎中,35例好转,好转率为43.75%,39例痊愈,痊愈率为48.75%,总有效率为92.50%。在治疗过程中所选用的药物多至16种,同时联合应用了具有抗菌消炎作用的中药制剂。加强管理后各项不良反应的发生率明显减少(χ~2=4.356,5.568,4.968,6.389,6.239,P<0.05)。结论在对老年肺癌患者的治疗过程当中,抗生素的选择要高效、合理,对药效学和药代动力学要严格遵守,同时要根据药敏试验、该病的特点和病原学的诊断,对提高治疗效果具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To study the usage features and rational selection of antibiotics of senile patients with pneumonia. Methods 80 eases of senile patients with pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were seleeted, and the features and rationality of these 80 eases were eounted and analyzed, to ensure the medieation rationality and aeeuraey, and the drug-resistance in body was effeetively eontrolled, thus greatly improving the eure rate of the disease. Results After a time of period of the hospitalization therapy, of 80 eases seleeted, 35 eases were improved, and the improvement rate was 43.75%, 39 eases were cured, and the cure rate was 48.75%, and the to- tal effective rate was 92.50%, and the drugs were as more as 16 types in the treatment course, and the TCM prepara- tion with the anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effect was used, and the incidence rate of various adverse reac- tions after enhancing the management obviously decreased (χ^2=4.356, 5.568, 4.968, 6.389, 6.239,P〈0.05). Conclusion The selection of antibiotics is effective and rational in the treatment course of senile patients with lung cancer, and we should strictly follow the requirements of pharmaeodynamies and pharmaeokineties, at the same time, it is of very important significance to improving the treatment effect according to the diagnosis of drug sensitive test, features and etiology;.
