超声乳化技术在青光眼白内障联合手术中的作用

Effect of Phacoemulsification in the Combined Surgery of Glaucoma and Cataract

目的探析超声乳化技术在青光眼白内障联合手术中的作用。方法选取该院在2013年1月—2018年4月期间收治的60例青光眼合并白内障患者,随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例,所有患者均行人工晶体植入术、青光眼小梁切除术,其中对照组采用白内障囊外摘除术,观察组进行超声乳化白内障吸除术,比较两组患者治疗前后的视力、散光度、眼压以及术后并发症发生几率。结果治疗前,两组患者的视力、散光度、眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.302,0.207,0.515,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组视力(0.98±0.65)D明显高于对照组(0.65±0.32)D,散光度(0.80±0.52)D、眼压(23.88±3.40)mmHg明显低于对照组(2.35±1.26)D、(25.17±3.69)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=6.834,8.691,10.236,P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生几率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.698,P<0.05)。结论超声乳化技术在青光眼白内障联合手术中的作用显著,提高患者视力水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of phacoemulsification in the combined surgery of glaucoma and cataract. Methods 60 cases of patients with glaucoma and cataract admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, all patients were treated with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy, and the visions, astigmatism, eye pressure and occurrence probability of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treat- ment, the differences in the vision, astigmatism, eye pressure between the two groups were not obvious （t = 0.302,0.207,0.515,P〉0.05） ; after treatment, the vision in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（0.98±0.65）D vs （0.65±0.32）D], and the astigmatism, eye pressure in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group[（0.80±0.52）D, （23.88±3.40）mmHg vs （2.35±1.26）D, （25.17±3.69）mmHg], and the differences were obvious statistically significant （t=6.834,8.691,10.236,P〈0.05）,and the occurrence probability of postoperative complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=14.698, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of phacoemulsification in the combined surgery of glaucoma and cataract is obvious, which can improve the vision level of patients, and it is worth clinical pro- motion and application.
