摘要
目的观察并分析舒缓护理联合自我管理模式在肺癌化疗患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2018年5月肺癌化疗患者160例作为研究对象,随机分为例数等同的2组,对照组(n=80)给予实施常规护理干预,观察组(n=80)在对照组护理方法的基础上加以实施舒缓护理联合自我管理模式干预,将这两种护理管理方法在肺癌化疗患者健康教育中的应用效果进行对比。结果观察组健康知识评分优于对照组(89.5±6.44)分vs (68.7±11.38)分,观察组自我概念评分优于对照组(92.3±5.9)分vs (68.3±12.5)分,观察组自我责任感评分优于对照组(91.2±5.6)分vs(69.7±11.5)分,观察组自我护理知识评分优于对照组(91.8±5.4)分vs(68.2±11.7)分,两组患者自我管理效能各项目评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=14.3,15.5,15.1,16.4,P<0.05);观察组护理满意率优于对照组(95.0%vs 80.0%),两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.2,P<0.05)。结论舒缓护理联合自我管理模式在肺癌化疗患者健康教育中的应用效果显著,有助于提高患者自我管理效能和护理满意率,进一步改善患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of relieving nursing combined with self-management model in the health education of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods 160 cases of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group used the relieving nursing combined with the self-management model intervention on the basis of the control group, and the application effect was compared between the two groups. Results The health knowledge score in the observation group was better than that in the control group[(89.5±6.44)points vs (68.7±11.38)points], and the serf-concept score in the ob- servation group was better than that in the control group[(92.3±5.9)points vs (68.3±12.5)points], and the self-responsi- bility sense in the observation group was better than that in the control group [(91.2±5.6)points vs (69.7±ll.5)points], and the self-nursing knowledge score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(91.8±5.4)points vs (68.2±ll.7)points], and the differences in the scores of various projects between the two groups were statistically significant(t=14.3,15.5,15.1,16.4, P〈0.05 ), and the nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group (95.09o vs 80.09o) and the difference between groups was statistically significant (χ^2=8.2, P〈 0.05) . Conclusion The effect of relieving nursing combined with self-management model in the health education of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy is obvious, which contributes to improving the self-management efficacy and nursing satisfactory rate, thus further im- proving the quality of life, and it is worth promotion.
