追踪管理法对消化内镜护理质量与不良反应发生的影响研究

Study on Effect of Tracing Management Method on the Digestive Endoscopic Nursing Quality and Occurrence of Adverse Reactions

目的为研究追踪管理法下的护理模式在帮助提升消化内镜护理质量和减轻并降低不良反应发生率。方法现将该院于2016年5月—2017年5月收治的100例经消化内镜手术的患者按完全随机地分成各50例的两组:观察组和对照组。对照组50例患者采用常规护理方式,观察组使用追踪管理法进行护理,研究为期180 d,统计在此期间两组患者在此过程中出现的硬件器械、卫生情况、护理的技术或交接班误差等问题导致的不良反应事件发生状况,并每60 d进行两组的护理效果统计。结果经过严格统计,观察组在因卫生、交接班、护患沟通等方面出现的不良事件数明显低于对照组。同时护理满180 d后对患者的满意度调查发现,观察组的满意度为98%而对照组的满意度为96%,对照组满意度明显高于观察组笔差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.63,P<0.01)。结论追踪管理法在降低消化内镜护理不良事件发生率中具有积极的意义。

Objective To study the effect of tracing management method on the digestive endoscopic nursing quality and occurrence of adverse reactions. Methods 100 cases of patients with digestive endoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing method, while the observation group used the tracing management method, and the study period was 180 d, and the occurrence of adverse reaction events such as hardware, hygiene, nursing skills or handover errors was counted, and the nursing effect of the two groups was counted every 60 days. Results After the strict statistics, the number of adverse events due to the hygiene, handover and nurse-patient communication in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, at the same time, the satisfactory degree in the control group was obvi- ously higher than that in the observation group （98% vs 96%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=6.63, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The tracing management method in reducing the incidence rate of nursing adverse events under the digestive endoscopy is of positive significance.
