关于电磁液体(磁流体)静力分选的参数条件与工艺的讨论

摘要 电磁液体(磁流体)静力分选的应用范围是分选与提纯非磁性与一些弱磁性矿物,可代替沿用已久的重液分离法,并能解决比重大于4的非磁性矿物的分选与提纯问题。但大量的电磁液体静力分选技术的应用实践说明。这项技术需要在推广应用中不断完善。尤其对电磁液体静力分选的原理,分选参数、分选条件与操作工艺等问题。需要在理论上进一步提高认识。 关于分选参数C的讨论 电磁液体静力分选是在不均匀强磁场中。 The magnetohydrostatic separation is a new developing technology. At present it has been widely used in single mineral separation. The results of which are quite different, depending on the user's ability in mastering the principle, selecting the parameter, assessing the condition tnd conducting the operation. Since there are many discussions on the principles of the magnetohydrostatic separation, more attention should be paid to the problems of the parameter, condition and artifice of this technique.In a specific operation,separation parameter C is a fixed value (that is to say the specific gravities and the magnetic susceptibilities of the minerals and of the mediums are constant values) whichdefines the HdH/dy value demanded by the mineral grains suspending in the medi-dyum. C is a function of the specific gravity and magnetic susceptibility of the medium and the mineral. An increase in the specific gravity or susceptibility of the medium will cause a decrease of the value of C.The decreasing in C will keep the mineral grain in suspension at a low H dH/dyvalue. But the effectiveness of separation is depended on the difference of C-values(△C) of the various minerals in suspension. So the choosing of a medium of an appropriate concentration should be aimed to elevate the value △C, in order to get a better result.Besides,the higher the value of ro of magnetic pole, the lower the value of H dH/dy , and this will provide a further partition of the different minerals insuspension. While r0 of the magnetic poles are the same and under which condition the suspension is remaing stable,a weak exciting current will give the same effect of a further partition of the suspended minerals.
