摘要 肾脏疾病发展到一定阶段会引起患者肾间质纤维化,肾间质纤维化与患者病情的严重程度有着密切的联系,而肾小管上皮细胞-间充质细胞转分化(EMT)与肾间质纤维化具有一定的关系,研究表明肾小管上皮细胞-间充质细胞转分化受转化生长因子诱导。 The renal diseases will cause the renal interstitial fibrosis of patients when developing into a certain stage, and the renal interstitial fibrosis is closely correlated with the severity of diseases, but the tubular epithelial-mesenehy- real transformation and renal interstitial fibrosis had a certain correlation, and the study shows that the tubular epithelial-mesenehymal transformation is induced by the transforming growth factors.
