论互联网时代公共危机事件网络舆情应对策略

摘要 在近几年发生的许多公共危机事件中,地方政府面对由危机引起的网络舆情时,往往会出现应对不周的状况,从而进一步扩大公共危机带来的不良影响。互联网时代公共危机事件爆发已成常态,但地方政府应对公共危机事件网络舆情的低效策略有待改善,文章从互联网时代公共危机事件的内容入手,分析地方政府处理网络舆情时存在的问题,并对问题产生的原因进行了一定的分析,最后提出解决该问题的策略。 In recent years, many public crisis incidents, the local government in the face of the crisis caused by the network public opinion, often appear to cope inadequately, thus further expanding the negative impact of public crisis.The outbreak of public crisis events in the Internet era has become a normal phenomenon, but the inefficient strategies of local governments to deal with public crisis events need to be improved.This paper started with the content of public crisis events in the Internet era, analyzed the problems of local governments in dealing with network public opinion, and gave some reasons for the problems.Finally, it put forward the strategy to solve this problem.
