摘要
文章在国内外学者研究的基础上,首先,通过对实地访谈资料的整理,从内部分析黑茶企业在新产品开发方面存在的问题;然后,设计相关问卷,对已有饮茶习惯的消费群体进行问卷调查;最后,针对黑茶企业新产品开发存在的问题提出相应的对策。
On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars'research, the article firstly analyzed the problems in the development of new products of black tea enterprises fi'om the inside by sorting out the field interviews, then designed relevant questionnaires, and conducts a questionnaire survey on the consumers who have been drinking tea habits, finally, aiming at the existence of new product development of black tea enterprises, finally put forward corresponding countermeasures.
