Design of Production Monitoring System for Aviation Enterprises

文章针对生产工厂单件小批量的生产特点及存在的问题,提出了设计生产过程监控管理系统的重要性,提出了分企业级和车间级生产过程控制两层控制策略,进行了功能需求分析。以在武汉设立的工厂为例,针对该工厂主要生产流程,结合中天ERP系统,给出工厂生产作业的监控管理系统的运行实例。监控管理系统提高了工厂工序运行效率,对我国飞机制造企业精益生产工厂标准化生产的建立和完善,具有一定的参考应用价值。

Aiming at the production characteristics and existing problems of single-piece small batches in production plants, the importance of designing production process monitoring and management system was proposed .The two-layer control strategy of production process control at the enterprise level and the workshop level was proposed, and the functional requirements were an- alyzed. Taking the factory set up in Wuhan as an example, the main production process of the factory was combined with the Zhongtian ERP system to monitor the production operation of the factory.The monitoring and management system had improved the efficiency of the plant process operation, and had certain reference application value for the establishment and improvement of the standardized production of the lean manufacturing factory of China＇s aircraft manufacturing enterprises.
