摘要
文章基于用户感知视角,通过扎根理论定性研究方法,确定高校图书馆移动阅读服务质量的重要指标要素集合和层次结构,使用层次分析方法确定各级指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法对服务质量进行定量测量,最后以湖南城市学院图书馆为例,对高校图书馆移动阅读服务质量进行综合评价分析,并提出具体建议。
Research on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Mobile Reading Service Quality in University Libraries,based on the perspective of user perception, the author set the important index elements and hierarchical structure of the mobile reading service quality of university libraries through the qualitative research method of grounded theory,used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of indicators at all levels,and used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the service quality. Finally, taking the Hunan City University Library as an example, the paper comprehensively evaluated the quality of mobile reading services in college libraries and put forward specific suggestions.
