对高校加强科技统计工作与数据应用的思考

高校科技统计工作是我国整体科技统计工作中的重要组成部分之一,也是教育科技管理部门制定各项教育科技管理政策、完善管理制度、建立中长期科技发展规划、优化科技人才队伍、加强科研平台建设、促进学科建设方向择优、加快科技创新与成果转化应用的一项重要的基础性工作。文章力求通过对在高校科技统计工作中遇到的实际问题与困难的分析,试图提出进一步改进提升高校科技统计工作水准与统计数据分析成果应用的几项措施,更好发挥科技统计工作在促进高校科技创新与人才培养中的作用。

The tertiary institutions Scientific and Technological statistic is one of the important components of China＇s overall scientific statistics work.It is also an important basic work for Education Technology Management Department to formulating various education technology management policies, promote the selection of discipline, establish medium and long-term scientific and technological development plans, optimize scientific and technological talents, step up the development of scientific research platform, strength the preponderant and characteristic discipline construction, and accelerate the transformation of scientific achievements.This paper intended to put forward several measures to further improve the application of scientific and technological statistical work standards and statistical data analysis results in colleges and universities through the analysis of practical problems and difficulties encountered in the scientific and technological statistics work.To improve the effects of Scientific and Technological statistic, tertiary institutions have to accelerate technological innovation and talents cultivation .
