试论经济高质量发展下科技统计指标体系的构建——以湖南省为例

Research on Building an Indicator System of Science and Technology Statistics suited to Promoting High-quality Economic Development——Taking Hunan Province for Example

当前,我国经济发展从高速增长转入高质量发展阶段,加快形成推动高质量发展的统计体系成为新时代统计工作的重点,作为中部关键节点的湖南省,如何立足于本省科技创新发展现状,构建符合新时期特点的科技统计指标体系,满足推动湖南省高质量发展的新时代统计工作要求,成为亟待解决和思考的问题。文章从湖南省科技统计指标体系研究现状入手,结合湖南省"八五"以来的科技统计工作指标体系构建发展历程,对如何构建推动经济高质量发展的科技统计指标体系提出了思考,并在指标构建方面提出一系列操作性的建议。

At present, China＇s economy has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development. Therefore, building a statistical system suited to high-quality economic development is critical to statistical work.For Hunan Province, a key hub in central China, it is urgent to build a science and technology statistical indicator system, based on science and technology innovation, in order to promote high-quality economic development. Reviewing the research on Hunan＇s science and technology statistical indicator system from 1990s until now, this thesis probed into how to build a statistical system suit- ed to promoting high-quality economic development, and made operational suggestions on the system building.
