This paper introduced the main uses,main technical parameters and main structural features of the quasi-rail ore hopper car exported to Australia,calculated the static strength of the car body,the braking ratio of the braking system and interference checks,and introduces the relevant tests.It was indicated that each indexes of the wagon meet the requirements and can be provid- ed as a reference for railway freight wagons to be exported to Australia by static strength of car body test,twist test ,brake shoe force test,performance test,loading and unloading test.
