摘要 2015年《促进大数据发展行动纲要》由国务院正式颁布,意味着大数据的发展规划已上升为国家战略层面,由此,必须深化大数据技术在铁路工务管理中的应用研究,贯彻落实国家的战略部署及数据强国的战略要求,同时,深化研究如何盘活铁路工务数据资产、深度挖掘其数据价值,进而助推铁路工务管理的转型升级,驱动铁路工务管理的创新发展。利用大数据实现更加科学、客观、全面地实时掌握铁路基础设施和工务机械车的工况,预测故障及性能发展趋势,实现由"计划修"向"状态修"维修模式转变,推动铁路工务安全生产管理模式的变革;研究运用大数据技术,以大数据思维实现工务管理的科学决策,是有效保障铁路安全运营的重大课题,建立基于大数据的铁路工务管理模式,形成行业管理发展的新业态。 In 2015 the "promotion program" big data development action officially promulgated by the State Council, plan- ning means the development of big data has risen to the national strategic level, there[ore, we must deepen the application of big data technology in railway management, implement the strategic deployment and data of the national strategic power re- quirements, at the same time, deepen the research on how to revitalize the railway public works data assets, its data mining depth value, and thus boost the transformation and upgrading of railway maintenance management, driving the innovation and development of the railway management.To achieve a more scientific, objective and comprehensive real-time control of railway infrastructure and engineering machinery vehicle condition using big data, to predict the trend of the fault and perfor- mance development, achieved by "plan repair" to "state of repair" maintenance mode, to promote safe production manage- ment mode of railway reform. Study on the use of big data technology, achieve scientific decision-making maintenance man- agement to big data thinking, is a major issue for effective protection of the safe operation of the railway, a railway mainte- nance management mode based on big data, the formation of new industry industry management development.
