摘要多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma,MM）是血液系统的一种恶性肿瘤,常并发肾脏损害.管型肾病是导致MM患者急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）乃至透析的主要原因.管型肾病的主要成因是免疫球蛋白游离轻链（free light chain,FLC）堵塞肾小管.
