摘要
文章以CAK16d数控车床为载体,首先,阐述数控车床刀架电路控制原理;然后,逐一分析数控车床在生产过程中常遇到的故障现象,并列出了刀架常见五种故障的对策;最后,希望参照文章的分析,能有利于缩小排查范围,能提高刀架故障维修的效率。
This paper took CAK16d NC lathe as the carrier, firstly, the control principle of NC lathe tool holder circuit was ex- pounded.And then the common faults of NC lathe in the production process were analyzed one by one,the countermeasures of five common failures of the tool holder were listed. At last, I hoped that this paper can help narrow down the scope of investigation and improve the efficiency of fault maintenance.
