摘要 为提升触摸屏行业产品质量、问题改善效率、乃至客户信心。针对触摸屏行业内最重要的电测事项进行研究。首先,通过对人员作业方式、测试治具、环境的规定对测试系统稳定性进行确保,然后,针对所评价的事项进行样品选择,最后,通过对不同IC的触摸屏的电学管控方法进行分析确认,形成对于触摸屏电学效果甚至与之相关的原材二元化等的评价。此外,通过对评价标准的定义,实现了触摸屏电学相关的标准化评价,建立了一整套电学评价方法,满足了品质评价需求。 In order to improve the product quality, problem improvement efficiency and even customer confidence of touch screen industry,a research was carried out on the most important item of this industry: electrical measurement.First, the stability of the test system was ensured by the provisions of the operators' test method,the test JIGs and environment; and then,choosing the samples that needed for the evaluate item; finally,based on the analysis and confirmation of the electrical control method of differ- ent kinds of touch screen ICs (Integrated circuits), the evaluation result was showed for the touch screen electronic performance and some related materials.By the combination of the evaluation method and the evaluation criterion that we defined,a set of elec- trical evaluation methods was established in order to evaluate the electrical quality of touch screen, the standardized electrical evaluation of touch screen can be realized.
