摘要
对食品检验工作中的样品抽样,抽样单的填写,样品封存,样品接收,样品预处理,检验仪器的管理使用,标准品的管理使用,原始记录和报告9个环节常出现的问题进行阐述,提出建议,为食品检验工作提供一些参考。
Through the food inspection work from sample sampling, sample sheet filling, sample sealing, sample receiving, sample pre-processing, the management and use of inspection instruments, the management and use of standard products, the original records and reports often problems to explain the eight links. Some suggestions were put forward to ensure accurate, reliable and scientific inspection work.
