摘要
目前,我国高等院校多采用讲授式教学法(Lecture-basedlearning,LBL)的授课方式。但LBL法忽略了学生的自主学习能力,使学生处于被动学习状态。本文将LBL教学法与案例教学法(Case-based learning,CBL)的双规教学模式在《食品安全监督管理学》教学实施过程进行探讨。通过经典案例、分析案例结果产生的原因,帮助学生掌握课本知识加强实践能力,并为学生日后的实际工作打下坚实基础。
At present, many universities in China use lecture-based learning (LBL) as teaching method. However, the LBL method ignores the students’ self-learning ability and makes students in a passive learning state. This paper conducts the LBL and CBL teaching method in the course. Through the classic case, the reasons for the analysis of the case results help students master the book knowledge and strengthen the practical ability, and lay a solid foundation for actual work in the future.
