摘要 为了验证新改进开发的连筒散装粮食扦样器的可行性、实用性,采用电动吸式扦样器(国标型)和连筒散装粮食扦样器对相同货位、相同深度的散装粮食实施扦样,并对样品进行杂质含量和不完善粒测定。实验证明:采用连筒散装粮食扦样器扦取的粮食样品代表性和真实性强,设备性能优于现行的电动吸式扦样器,可实现粮食杂质检验扦样。 In order to verify the feasibility and practicability of the newly improved integrated bulk food sampler, used an electric suction type sampler (national standard type) and a continuous bulk food sampler for the same cargo position and the same depth. The bulk food was sampled and the samples were tested for impurity content and imperfect grain. The experiment proves that the food samples taken by the continuous batch of grain sampler are representative and authentic, and the equipment performance is better than the current electric suction type sampler, which can realize the inspection of grain impurities.
