摘要 本文针对氨基糖苷类化合物结构特性,提出了一种新型、快速、准确、专一的痕量检测方法。这种方法先使用30%三氯乙酸提取牛奶样品,再通过分子印迹固相萃取并净化检测牛奶中6种氨基糖苷类物质,之后利用基质匹配标准曲线定量,经高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用仪分离并检测(MRM模式进行质谱分析、ESI正离子模式扫描)。并选用不同分子印迹填料的固相萃取柱对乳样品的检测效果进行了验证。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地降低基体效应,检测的牛奶中6种氨基糖苷类抗生素的检出限为10~35μg/L。 Since the antibiotic residue in milk has a bad influence on the human body, this paper proposed a new solution that compounds quickly and accurately detects aminoglycoside which is under trace amounts of state. The method of molecular imprinted solid phase extraction technology designed to detect six kinds of milk aminoglycoside antibiotics HPLC-MS/MS analysis. Used in the detection process 30% TCA and milk samples were extracted using molecular imprinting solid phase extraction cartridge. After using mode MRM mass spectrometry, ESI positive ion mode scanning, matrix-matched standard quantitative curve. The main verification different molecularly imprinting solid phase extraction column filler for milk samples purifying effect. The experimental results show that the method of aminoglycoside antibiotics in milk can effectively reduce matrix effects. Detection of Six Milk aminoglycosides detection limit of 10~ 35 μg/L.
