摘要
基因芯片技术在对病原性食品检测方面具有独特的优势,尤其是通过基因片段的检测,可以进一步检测出食品微生物中的病原体存在基因,本文主要对基因芯片技术在病原性食品微生物的检测中的应用进行相关分析探究.
Gene chip technology has unique advantages in the detection of pathogenic food, especially through the detection of gene fragments, we can further dig out the pathogenic genes in food microorganisms. This paper mainly discusses the application of gene chip technology in the detection of pathogenic food microorganisms.
