快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床价值 被引量:15

摘要 目的分析快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床价值。方法选择2017年1月~2017年12月在本院接受治疗的肺炎支原体感染性疾病患儿168例,均在清晨空腹状态下抽取血液样本、采集咽拭子样本,分别通过快速血清学检验、微生物快速培养诊断肺炎支原体,且以常规血培养为金标准,分析检验结果差异。结果 168例均获得常规血培养确诊,快速血清学检测肺炎支原体感染阳性109例(64.88%)、微生物快速培养检测法感染阳性138例(82.14%),后2种检测方法阳性检查临床差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);病程<7 d患者中快速血清学检验、微生物快速培养诊断差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);病程≥7 d患者中两种检测方法差异无统计学意义。结论经快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染均可获得的临床价值,后者阳性检出率更高。 Objective Toanalyze the clinical value of rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods The January 2017 -2017 year in December for treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children in our hospital 168 cases, all in the morning fasting blood samples and throat swab samples respectively through rapid serological tests, rapid microbiological culture in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia, and conventional blood culture as the gold standard, the analysis of the test results the dif- ference. Results 168 cases were received routine blood culture confirmed, 109 cases of positive serological detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection (64.88%), 138 cases of positive rapid detection method of microbial infection (82.14%), with significant clinical difference of positive ex- amination 2 methods (P〈0.05); serological test, 7 d〈duration in patients with microorganisms rapid culture in the diagnosis of significant differences (P〈0.01); there was no significant difference between the two kinds of detection methods of course more than 7 d patients. Conclusion Rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture can be used to diagnose Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children, and the latter has a higher positive rate.
