小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术中的临床效果

Low dose bupivacaine combined with spinal and epidural anesthesia for cesarean section in the clinical effect

目的观察小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术中的临床效果。方法研究时间自2017年1月～2018年1月,选取100例剖宫产产妇作为研究样本,根据麻醉方式的不同随机分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=48),对照组予以大剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉,观察组予以小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉。对比两组产妇麻醉效果以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组麻醉阻滞时间、平面固定时间、手术开始时间与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效镇痛时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术中的临床效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of low dose bupivacaine combined with spinal anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods The study period began from January 2017 to January 2018. The 100 cesarean section males were selected as study samples and randomly divided into observation group （n 52） and control group （n 48） according to different anesthetic modes, The control group was given high-dose bupivacaine combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, the observation group was given low-dose bupivacaine combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. Then compare the two groups of maternal anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The anesthesia block time, plane fixation time and operation start time in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈 0. 05）. The effective analgesia time in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group. The incidence of reaction compared with the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of low dose bupivacaine combined with spinal anesthesia for cesarean section is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
