生态疗法对慢性便秘的疗效观察

Observation of the effect of microecological therapy on chronic constipation

目的观察活性益生菌微生态疗法对慢性便秘的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将本院接诊的80例慢性功能性便秘患者均分为活性益生菌联合治疗组和常规治疗组各40例,常规治疗组给予乳果糖口服液治疗,活性益生菌联合治疗组在此基础上加用活性益生菌,比较两组患者疗程结束时临床疗效、治疗前后大便性状评分变化、治疗期间不良反应发生情况以及随访2个月复发情况。结果活性益生菌联合治疗组患者疗程结束时临床总有效率显著高于常规治疗组,复发率显著低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活性益生菌联合治疗组患者治疗后大便性状评分显著高于常规治疗组,且更接近正常评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳果糖治疗基础上加用活性益生菌微生态疗法治疗功能性便秘效果显著,可在短时间内改善患者大便性状,且能够降低不良反应,值得临床推荐。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of probiotics microecological therapy on chronic constipation. Methods 80 patients with chronic functional constipation in our hospital were divided into active probiotics combined treatment group and routine treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The routine treatment group was given lactulose oral solution, and the active probiotics combined treatment group was added active probiotics on the basis of the routine treatment. The two groups were compared at the end of the treatment course. Clinical efficacy, changes in stool character score before and after treatment, occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence after 2 months follow-up. Results The total effective rate of active probiotics combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group at the end of treatment, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of routine treatment group （P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the incidence ofadverse reactions between the two groupswas statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Lactose plus probioticsmicroecological therapy is effective in the treatment of functional constipation. It can improve the stool characteristics of patients in a short time and reduce adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
