种植牙区骨量不足的外科手术处理方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究种植牙区骨量不足患者的外科手术处理方法的研究及临床效果。方法选取本院收治的种植牙区骨量不足患者36例作为研究对象,选取时间为2016年4月~2017年4月,随机将36例患者分为对照组(n=18例)及观察组(n=18例)。外科手术方法选择:对照组采用上颌窦提升术,观察组采用骨组织引导再生术,对比观察两组患者术后10 d的手术治疗效果以及术后3个月的义齿修复情况。结果术后10 d手术Ⅰ期愈合率对比,观察组94.44%(17/18)高于对照组66.67%(12/18),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后3个月义齿修复率对比,观察组100%(18/18)高于对照组77.78%(14/18),组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于上颌窦提升术而言,种植牙区骨量不足患者应用骨组织引导再生术的临床治疗效果显著,有利于诱导缺失骨组织的再生、重建,促进新生骨组织与种植体快速愈合,值得临床进一步推广普及。 Objective To explore the surgical treatment of patients with insufficient bone mass in dental implant and its clinical effects. Methods A total of 36 patients with insufficient bone mass in the dental implant area treated in our hospital were selected as study objects, and the time was from April 2016 to April 2017. 36 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=18) and the observation group (n=18). Maxillary sinus augmentation was performed in the control group, and bone tissue guided regeneration was performed in the observation group. The effects of surgical treatment on 10 days after surgery and denture repair 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results Postoperative 10 d I operation healing rate comparison, observation group 94.44% (17/18) higher than the control group 66.67% (12/18), statistically significant difference (P〈0.05), postoperative 3 months denture repair rate comparison, observation group 100% (18/18) higher than the control group 77.78% (14/18), data comparison between group differences statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with maxillary sinus augmentation, the clinical treatment effect of bone tissue guided regeneration in patients with insufficient bone mass in dental implantation is significant, which is conducive to inducing the regeneration and reconstruction of missing bone tissue, promoting the rapid healing of new- bone tissue and implant, and worthy of further promotion and popularization in clinical practice.
