氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法随机选定本院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者140例,2016年4月～2018年4月为研究时段,遵循随机数字表法的分组原则,分试验组与对照组,每组样本容量70例。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,试验组予以氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较血脂、炎性因子与临床疗效。结果与对照组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C、TNF-a、IL-6、CRP比较,试验组较低,与对照组治疗后HDL-C、NO比较,试验组较高,与对照组临床总有效率比较,试验组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片可有效调节高血压合并冠心病患者血脂,减轻炎性反应,加快病情好转,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the iclinical effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment ofhypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods Atotal of l40 patients with hypertension and icoronary heart disease admittedto our hospital were randomlys eletcted. From April 2016 to April 2018, the study period was followed by the grouping principle of random number table method. The test group and the control group were used. 70 cases. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets, and the experimental group was treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets. Compare blood lipids, inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy.Results Compared with the control group, TG, TC, LDL-C, TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP were lower in the experimental group. Compared with the control group, the HDL-C and NO were higher in the test group. The total clinical effective rate was compared in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively regulate blood lipids in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, reduce inflammatory reactions, and accelerate the improvement of the disease. The effect is remarkable and worth learning.
