黛力新联合奋乃静对合并焦虑抑郁的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者治疗效果研究

The study of therapeutic effect on Deanxit combined with perphenazine in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression

目的探讨合并焦虑抑郁的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者治疗效果研究,以缓解患者病情。方法将88例合并焦虑抑郁的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的患者随机分成两组,均给予吸氧,抗感染及止喘,祛痰处理。试验组给予黛力新1片,早1次,奋乃静4 mg晚一1次口服两周。对照组给予奋乃静4 mg晚1次口服两周。在试验前后分别测定肺功能,并应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组患者治疗前后进行评价。结果试验组治疗后患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)和FEV1/预计值较治疗前均有显著提高(P<0.05),试验组患者治疗后较治疗前HAMA、HAMD评分下降明显(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)和FEV1/预计值较治疗前差异无统计学意义,对照组患者治疗后较治疗前HAMA、HAMD评分下降也无统计学意义。结论黛力新联合奋乃静对合并焦虑抑郁的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者治疗效果显著。

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression in order to relieve the patient＇s condition. Methods 88 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into two groups, all of them were given oxygen therapy, expectorant and antiasthmatic treatment. In the experimental group, 1 tablets of Deanxit were taken orally every morning and Perphenazine 4mg was taken orally every night lasted for two weeks. In the control group, Perphenazine 4mg was taken orally every night lasted for two weeks. The lung function was measured before and after the experiment. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） were used to evaluate the two groups before and after treatment. Results In the experimental group, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FEV1/predicted value were significantly higher than those before the treatment （P〈0.05）. And the scores of HAMA and HAMD were significantly lower than those before the treatment （P〈0.05）. In control group, there was no significant difference in FEV1 ,FEV1/FVC and FEV1/predicted value compared with those before the treatment. And there was no statistical significance in the decrease of HAMA and HAMD scores before and after treatment. Conclusion Deanxit combined with perphenazine have obvious treatment effect in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with anxiety and depression.
