缓慢连续性超滤治疗肾病综合征重度浮肿的效果评价

Evaluation of slow continuous ultrafiltration in the treatment of severe edema of nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨缓慢连续性超滤(Slow Continuous Ultrafiltration)治疗肾病综合征重度水肿的应用效果。方法选取肾病综合征重度浮肿患者60例,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予SCUF治疗方法,记录两组患者治疗前后血白蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮、凝血功能(PT、APTT)、体重、24 h尿量、血压及心率的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗2周后,体重、24 h尿量、白蛋白指标比较,观察组治疗后改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后凝血功能,血压、心率处于正常范围内,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缓慢连续性超滤治疗肾病综合征重度浮肿疗效确切、安全,应在临床实践中进行推广。

Objective To explore the effect of slow continuous ultrafiltration （SCUF） in the treatment of severe edema of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 60 patients with severe swollen nephritic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random digital table, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine medication. The observation group was given SCUF therapy on this basis. The blood albumin, blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood coagulation function （PT, APTT）, weight, 24 hour urine volume, blood pressure and blood pressure were recorded in the two groups. The change of heart rate. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the weight, urine volume and albumin index of the two groups were compared. The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The coagulation function, blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were in the normal range, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Slow continuous ultrafiltration is effective and safe in the treatment of severe edema ofnephrotic syndrome. It should be popularized in clinical practice.
