Relative Suggestions on Key Influencing Factors of Sludge Mixed Burning at Power Plant

目前,我国城市污泥处置问题已经十分突出,焚烧法作为污泥处理方法的一种近年来得到了较大的发展。文章研究了燃煤电厂掺烧污泥的关键影响因素,测算了污泥掺烧比例及其对锅炉效率、燃烧设备等的影响,测定污泥掺烧后的烟气组分、炉渣、飞灰组分等特性,研究燃烧污染物减排技术措施等,并对下一步更好地应用提出了建议。

Currently, the problem of municipal sludge disposal in China has become very prominent, and incineration as a method of sludge disposal has been greatly developed in recent years. This paper studies the key influencing factors of sludge mixed burning in thermal power plants, calculates the proportion of sludge mixed burning and its influence on boiler efficiency and combustion equipment, determines the characteristics of flue gas components, slag and fly ash components after sludge mixed burning, studies the technical measures for reducing combustion pollutants, and puts forward some suggestions for better application in next step.
