乡村振兴战略背景下旅游文化资源的保护与开发——以彭州桂花镇为例

The Protection and Development of Tourist Cultural Resources under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Guihua Town of Pengzhou as an Example

[目的/意义]在国家实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,挖掘乡村旅游文化资源,提出保护与开发的对策,必将有助于推动乡村旅游经济与社会的全面发展。[方法/过程]运用田野调查和口述访谈等方法,对彭州桂花镇14个村和2个社区进行实地调研。[结果/结论]彭州桂花镇旅游文化资源较丰富,但存在着旅游形象定位不清、文化遗产资源保护不到位、旅游文化资源开发欠全面、配套设施不完善、经费及人才不足等问题。依据调查分析,提出以"西蜀陶乡,张松故里"为形象定位,在全面普查桂花镇文化旅游资源的基础上,进行有效保护、科学规划和深度开发,将桂花镇打造成以桂陶文化为特色,包括陶瓷体验、三国文化、禅修文化、三线文创等在内的多业态、多节点的深度体验式的全域健康文创旅游小镇。

[ Purposc/SignificanceJ Under the background of the national strategy of rural rejuvenation, the paper excavates the cultural resources of rural tourism, and puts forward some countermeasures for its protection and development, which may help to promote the overall development of rural tourism economy and society. [ Method/Process ] The study carries out field investigation and oral interview in 14 villages and 2 conmmnities of Guihua Town, Pengzhou. [ Result/ Conclusion ] The tourist cultural resources of Guihua Town, Pengzhou are abundant, but there exist some problems such as unclear positioning of tourism image, inadequate protection of cultural heritage resources, incomplete exploitation of tourist cultural resources, imperfect supporting facilities, insufficient funds and talents, etc. Based on the investigation and analy sis, the paper puts forward the image orientation as ＂Xishu Pottery Township, Zhang Song＇ s Hometown＂. Comprehensive survey of tourist cultural resources in Guihua Town shows that effective protection, scientific planning and in -depth development should be carried out. Guihua town should be featured by Guitao pottery ceramics culture, including ceramic experience, the cultures of the Three Kingdoms, meditation culture, and three - line cultural innovation, all of which make it to be a town of comprehensive health culture and creative tourism with multi - industry, multi - node and in - depth experi- ence.
