摘要
目的分析HBV感染型原发性肝癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群在肿瘤微环境中的表达情况。方法方便收集医院2016年10月—2017年10月收治的HBV感染性原发性肝癌患者36例资料,纳入感染组,取同期收治的非HBV感染原发性肝癌患者纳入非感染组,对两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群表达在肿瘤微环境中的表达情况观察对比,并观察微血管密度MVD值情况。结果 T淋巴细胞亚群表达情况,Treg与CD4等阳性率感染组均相对较高,CD8阳性率非感染组相对较高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.134,6.020, 27.023, P=0.004, 0.014, 0.000 <0.05)。肿瘤组织微环境内,感染组与非感染组MVD值分别为(66.50±9.00)、(57.80±7.50),组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=4.456,P=0.000<0.05)。结论 T淋巴细胞亚群在HBV感染原发性肝癌患者中有较高的表达水平,且有较高的MVD值。
Objective To analyze the expression of T lymphocyte subsets in tumor microenvironment in patients with HBV- infected primary liver cancer. Methods Thirty-six patients with HBV-infected primat7 liver cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were convenient enrolled in the infection group. Non-HBV-infected primary liver cancer patients admitted to the same period were included in the non-infected group. The expression of T lymphocyte subsets in the tumor microenvironment was observed and compared, and the microvascular density MVD values were observed. Re- sults The expression of T lymphocyte subsets, Treg and CD4 were relatively high in the infection group, and the CD8 posi- tive rate was relatively high in the non-infected group. There was a significant difference between the groups (X2= 8.134,6.020, 27.023, P=0.004, 0.014, 0.000 〈0.05). In the microenvironment of tumor tissue, the MVD values of the infect- ed group and the non-infected group were (66.50±9.00) and (57.80±7.50), respectively, and there was significant difference between the groups (t=4.456, P=0.000〈0.05). Conclusion T lymphocyte subsets have higher expression levels in patients with HBV-infected primary liver cancer and have higher MVD values.
