负压封闭引流技术在急诊外科的应用

Application of Vacuum Closed Drainage Technique in Emergency Surgery

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在急诊外科的应用效果,总结经验。方法方便选择2016年10月—2018年3月期间在该院急诊外科接受治疗的60例四肢软细织严重创伤患者,均采用VSD治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果入组60例病例经过1~2次负压封闭引流治疗后,并没有发生严重异常反应与不良反应,有38例经1次负压封闭引流术后II期植皮或皮瓣转移成活,其余22例经2次负压封闭引流术后II期植皮成活;创面愈合率为95.0%(其中痊愈42例,显效15例)。结论 VSD应用于四肢软组织严重创伤急诊治疗中,换药次数少,疗效显著,减缩病程,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of vacuum closed drainage technique （VSD） in emergency surgery and to summarize the experience. Methods 60 patients with severe trauma of soft and fine limbs who underwent emergency surgery in the hospital from October 2016 to March 2018 were convenient selected and treated with VSD. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 60 eases of negative pressure closure drainage, no serious abnormal reactions and adrerse reactions occurred. 38 eases of stage II skin graft or flap transfer survived after 1 vacuum closed drainage. The remaining 22 eases survived stage II skin grafting after 2 times of negative pressure closed drainage; the wound healing rate was 95.0% （42 eases were cured and 15 eases were markedly effective）. Conclusion VSD is applied to the emergency treatment of severe trauma of limbs and soft tissues. The number of dressing changes is small, the curative effect is significant, and the course of reduction is worthwhile.
