摘要
目的探讨小儿肠道外感染性疾病应用抗生素后肠道菌群失调的相关性。方法采用回顾性、随机研究方法,2013年9月—2017年1月随机选择在该院诊治的小儿肠道外感染性疾病98例作为研究对象,所有患儿都给予抗生素治疗,记录抗生素治疗种类与肠道菌群失调情况。结果在98例患儿中,使用拉氧头孢20例,头孢他定20例,头孢孟多30例,头孢唑肟28例。大便培养显示有14例患儿阳性,肠道菌群失调阳性率为14.3%,其中变形杆菌5例,志贺痢疾杆菌4例,致病大肠埃希菌3例,福氏痢疾杆菌2例。使用拉氧头孢、头孢他定、头孢孟多、头孢唑肟患儿的肠道菌群失调阳性率分别为10.0%、5.0%、16.7%和21.4%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双变量相关性分析显示头孢孟多、头孢唑肟抗生素应用与肠道菌群失调有明显相关性(r=5.224,P<0.05)。结论小儿肠道外感染性疾病应用抗生素后肠道菌群失调比较常见,与抗生素的应用种类有明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between intestinal flora imbalance after application of antibiotics in children with intestinal infectious diseases. Methods A retrospective and randomized study was conducted. From September 2013 to January 2017, 98 children with intestinal infectious diseases diagnosed in the hospital were randomly selected as subjects. All children were treated with antibiotics and the types of antibiotic treatment, intestinal flora imbalance were recorded. Results Of the 98 patients, 20 were treated with oxyeephalosporin, 20 with eeflazidime, 30 with eefdomime, and 28 with eeflizoxime. Stool culture showed that 14 eases were positive, and the positive rate of intestinal flora imbalance was 14.3%, including 5 eases of Proteus, 4 eases of Shigella dysenteriae, 3 eases of pathogenic Eseheriehia eoli, and 2 eases of Shigella dysenteriae. The positive rates of intestinal flora imbalance in children with eephalosporin, eeflazidime, eef- menudene and eeflizoxime were 10.0%, 5.0%, 16.7% and 21.4%, respectively, and there was a significant differenee(P〈0.05); Bivariate correlation analysis showed that the application of eefmenodil and eeflizoxime antibiotics was significantly correlated with intestinal flora imbalance (r=5.224, P〈0.05). Conclusion Intestinal flora imbalance in children with intestinal infectious diseases is more common after antibiotics, and there is a significant correlation with the application of antibiotics.
