摘要 目的探讨沟通方法在门诊采血中的应用价值。方法方便选择2017年1—12月门诊采血体检者300例,根据体检采血时间的先后将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组采用常规普通采血方法及沟通方式(首先对采血对象进行资料查对,确认后完成采血操作,并嘱采血对象按压血管与皮肤穿刺点,交代相应注意事项),观察组在对照组基础上积极应用沟通方法(采用人文关怀的沟通方法与受检者进行交流,同时加强护理人员对面部表情的管理,目光应做到尽量柔和,并对不同年龄段的采血者采取不同的沟通方式)。于采血后比较两组护理满意率及穿刺局部淤血率的差异。结果观察组满意率比对照组高(95.33%vs 86.00%),淤血率比对照组低(3.33%vs 9.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.721、4.424,P<0.05)。结论门诊采血中使用沟通方法能提高护理满意率,降低淤血率,具有良好的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of communication methods in blood collection in outpatients. Meth- ods 300 cases of blood collection examinations from January to December 2017 were convenient selected. According to the blood collection time, they were divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases in each group. The control group used the conventional common blood collection method and comnmnication method (firstly, the blood collection object was checked for data, the blood collection operation was completed after confirmation, and the blood collection object pressed the blood vessel and the skin puncture point to explain the corresponding precautions), and the observation group was based on the control group and actively apply communication methods (using humanistic communication methods to communicate with the subjects, and strengthen the management of facial expressions by nursing staff, the eyes should be as soft as possible, and different ways of communication should be adopted for blood collectors of different ages). After the blood collection, the difference of nursing satisfaction rate and local congestion rate between the two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (95.33% vs 86.00%), and the congestion rate was lower than that of the control group (3.33% vs 9.33%). The difference was statistically significant (X2= 7.721, 4.424, P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of communication methods in outpatient blood collection can improve the satisfaction rate of nursing and reduce the rate of congestion, and has good application value.
