抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者血脂水平的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Antipsychotic Drugs on Blood Lipid Levels in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析在精神分裂症患者治疗中应用不同抗精神药物治疗对患者血脂水平的影响。方法该研究方便选取80例精神分裂症患者均于2017年4月—2018年4在该院接受治疗,将所选患者进行随机分组,对照组40例采取利培酮治疗,研究组40例则采取奥氮平治疗,对比两组患者的各项指标。结果治疗后两组患者TG、HDL-C、TC、LDL-C均发生显著变化,研究组与对照组相比有显著的差异,对比发现差异有统计学意义(t=2.070 1,P=0.040 6; t=2.326 6,P=0.021 6; t=10.184 8,P=0.000 0; t=10.396 4,P=0.000 0);对照组治疗总有效率是77.50%,相较于研究组的97.50%,数值明显要比研究组小,组间对比显示差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.413 5,P=0.020 0)。结论在精神分裂症患者治疗中应用不同抗精神药物治疗时,奥氮平药物能够改善患者血脂水平,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of different antipsychotic treatments on blood lipid levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were convenient treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018. The selected patients were randomized, and 40 patients in the control group were treated with risperidone and the study group of 40 cases, olanzapine was used to compare the indicators of the two groups. Results After treatment, TG, HDL-C, TC, and LDL-C were significantly different in the two groups. There was a significant difference between the study group and the control group. The comparison showed statistical significance, （t=2.070 1, P=0.040 6; t=2.326 6, P=0.021 6; t=10.184 8, P=0.000 0; t=10.396 4, P=0.000 0）; the total effective rate of the control group was 77.50%, compared with 97.50% of the study group. Significantly smaller than the study group, the comparison between groups showed significant differences （X2= 5.413 5, P=0.020 0）, there was statistical significance. Conclusion Olanzapine can improve the blood lipid level of patients with different antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia, which is worthy of application.
