人工髋关节置换术下肢长度平衡方法的研究现状及进展

Research Status and Progress of Lower Limb Length Balance Method in Artificial Hip Joint Replacement

THA(全髋关节置换术)后最常见的并发症为LLD(双下肢不等长),LLD的出现可能会导致患者出现脊柱侧弯、骨盆倾斜、坐骨神经麻痹、同侧膝关节痛、腰背痛、假体松动、跛行等现象出现,不利于患者术后康复。现阶段,临床上对人工髋关置换术后LLD进行了高度重视。该研究主要针对人工髋关置换术后下肢长度平衡方法进行探究,以此来为临床提供借鉴。

The most common complication after THA （total hip arthroplasty） is LLD （unequal length of both lower extremities）. The presence of LLD may lead to scoliosis, pelvic tilt, sciatic nerve palsy, ipsilateral knee pain, low back pain, loosening of the prosthesis, and lameness are not conducive to postoperative recovery. At this stage, clinical attention has been paid to LLD after artificial hip replacement. This study is mainly to explore the method of lower limb length balance after artificial hip replacement, in order to provide reference for clinical.
