摘要
对比增强乳腺X线成像(CESM)是乳腺影像检查的新技术之一,它利用双能量减影原理,于注射对比剂后一次曝光可同时获得传统乳腺X线摄影影像和减影影像。能够清晰显示富血供病灶,有助于诊断医师发现病灶并对其定性。它与传统乳腺X线摄影相比有更高的诊断效能,甚至可与乳腺MRI相媲美。就CESM成像原理、病灶大小评估、乳腺癌筛查及新辅助化疗疗效评估等方面予以综述。
Contrast-enhanced spectral mammography(CESM) is one of the latest breast imaging techniques. The technique employs dual-energy subtraction. Mammographic images and post-contrast recombined images can be obtained in a single exposure after contrast administration. This enables blood-rich lesions to be clearly displayed, thus helps physicians to find and characterize lesions. Compared with mammography, it has higher diagnostic efficiency, even comparable to breast MRI. In this article we reviewed the principle of CESM technique, and CESM applications in assessment of lesion size, breast cancer screening, and neoadjuvant chemotherapy assessment.
