肝纤维化中水通道蛋白作用及相关影像研究 被引量:1

摘要 水通道蛋白(AQP)在细胞跨膜转运的各个环节中起着非常重要的作用,部分亚型在肝脏中表达丰富,通过转运多种小分子溶质参与肝脏代谢的不同环节。肝纤维化是多种慢性肝脏疾病的中间过程,在肝纤维化的发生发展过程中,AQP的表达与定位会发生改变。针对肝纤维化病程中AQP不同亚型的生理生化特征,从分子水平概述其与肝纤维化的关系,并对以AQP为靶点进行肝纤维化分子成像的临床前期研究进行综述。 Aquaporins(AQPs) play a significant role in each step of transmembrane transport. Some subtypes of AQPs are rich in liver, and participate in different aspects of liver metabolism by transporting many small molecule solute.Liver fibrosis is the intermediate process of varied chronic liver diseases, the expression and distribution of AQPs in liver can be changed during the development of liver fibrosis. Aiming at physiological and biochemical characteristics of multiple subtypes of AQPs in liver fibrosis, we reviewed the relations between AQPs and liver fibrosis at molecular level, and reviewed the preclinical studies about molecular imaging of liver fibrosis targeted on AQPs.
