基于DEA-SBM模型的主要玉米品种生产效率研究——以吉林省为例 被引量:8

Research on Production Efficiency of Main Corn Varieties Based on DEA-SBM Model——A Case Study in Jilin Province

摘要 玉米生产效率既反映玉米种植的综合生产能力,又反映了不同玉米品牌耕种过程中的资源配置及利用情况,是衡量和改进玉米生产模式的重要依据之一。本文以吉林省为例,选取种子生产物质成本、劳动投入方面相关内容作为投入指标,选取种子生产公顷产量、产值作为产出指标,运用DEA-SBM模型,根据实地调研数据对2014-2016年吉林省市场份额前21位的玉米品种生产效率进行了实证研究。结果表明,良玉99、天农九、迪卡516、先玉335、金庆707及平安169投入产出效率相对有效。以2016年为例,对非有效玉米品种进行冗余分析,提出了这些品种的效率改进方案,拟为政府和农业生产提供决策参考依据。 Corn productivity reflects not only the comprehensive production capacity of corn planting, but also the resource allocation and utilization of different corn brands during cultivation. It is one of the important bases for evaluating and improving corn production patterns. Taking corn productivity of Jilin Province as an example, the author takes the production cost of seeds and related contents of labor input as the input index, selects seeds yield per hectare and output value as the output index. Then, according to the field research data, the DEA-SBM model is utilized to do empirical research on the production efficiency of the top 21 corn varieties of market share in Jilin province from 2014 to 2016. The results show that the input-output efficiency of Liangyu 99, Tiannongjiu, Dika 516, Xianyu 335,Jinqing 707 and Ping'an 169 is relatively effective. Taking corn productivity in 2016 as an example, the redundancy analysis of non-effective maize varieties is carried out. Besides, we put forward improvement programs of the efficiency of these varieties and proposed decision-making references for government and agricultural production.
