摘要
采用气相色谱法同时测定防晒类化妆品中13种紫外吸收剂的含量。化妆品样品用甲醇超声提取,用Agilent DB-5色谱柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。13种紫外吸收剂的质量浓度均在10.0~500.0mg·L^(-1)内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为2.0~5.0 mg·L^(-1)。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为91.0%~106%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.040%~6.3%。
GC was applied to the simultaneous determination of 13 UV absorbers in sunscreen cosmetics. The cosmetic sample was extracted ultrasonically with methanol. The analytes were separated on Agilent DB-5 chromatographic column (80 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 13 UV absorbers were kept in the same range of 10.0-500.0 mg · L^- 1 , with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 2.0-5.0 mg · L ^-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 91.0%-106%, with RSDs (n= 6) in the range of 0.040%-6.3%.
