With the deepening of the socialist market economy, the tield oI cultural production has optimized the allocation of resources and expanded the scale of output with the help of capital. On the other hand, it has produced many chaos. It is worth noting that these negative effects occur not only in the natural sciences directly linked to capital, but also in the humanities, scholars in Humanity study often linger between the psychological game of academic rationality and capital rationality. If the dominance of capital logic is not timely followed and constrained, the original intention of the humanities to cultivate the human spirit is likely to be resolved. Therefore, constructing a new value policy that conforms to the cultural logic of the humanities and adapts to and actively serves the socialist market economy should be a long-term mechanism to change the current declining situation of humanity study and scholars.
