现阶段全球治理的主导力量正发生变化。为维护既得利益,守成大国不断进行国家战略的重大调整,制造地缘政治生态的紧张形势并积聚冲突能量,强化国家争夺有限利益的危机感、紧迫感,从而极易误导地缘政治变革的方向,破坏处于萌芽状态的地缘政治变革共识和处于起步阶段的地缘政治变革的发展规划。守成大国实施霸权战略的破坏根源,在于国际社会具有地缘政治发展的战略选择痼疾,表现为主导大国固守地缘政治变革的战略竞争陷阱、盟友国家面临地缘政治变革的战略转向困境、落后国家遭遇地缘政治变革的战略依附难题。这些地缘政治变革的战略选择痼疾,使得全球地缘政治生态向着更为不确定的方向发展,极易裹挟着政治碎片化的多元矛盾演变成地缘政治聚变的危机、对抗、甚至战争。

At the present stage, the leading forces of global governance are changing. Thus, it is very easy to mislead the direction of geopolitical changes and undermine the embryonic consensus of geopolitical changes and the development planning of geopolitical changes in the initial stage. The destruction root cause of the hegemonic strategy being implemented by the major countries is that the international community has a chronic problem with the strategic choice of geopolitical development. It is manifested as the strategic competition trap of the dominant major countries, the strategic shift dilemma of the allies and the strategic attachment problem of the backward countries to the geopolitical change, which is the strategic choice syndrome of these geopolitical changes. It makes the global geopolitical ecology develop in a more uncertain direction, and it is easy to carry the multiple contradictions of political fragmentation into the crisis, confrontation, and even war of geopolitical fusion.
