摘要
针对大白阳金矿矿石性质,进行了"敏杰"提金剂的小型试验与工业试验,考察了"敏杰"提金剂的浸金效果。结果表明:使用"敏杰"提金剂可获得较好试验指标,工业试验金浸出率为88. 7%,且浸渣含氰达到国家环保标准要求,可以替代氰化钠用于生产实践。"敏杰"提金剂应用于大白阳金矿选矿厂浸出工艺,金浸出率达到90%,比使用氰化钠提高4. 5百分点,经济效益显著。
Based on the ore property in Dabaiyang Gold Mine, small-scale and industrial tests have been conducted on Minjie gold extraction agent to investigate the gold leaching effect of Minjie gold extraction agent. The results show that Minjie gold extraction agent can obtain good experimental index; gold leaching rate in industrial test is 88.7 % ; cyanide content in residual meets the requirements of national environmental protection standards; the agent can re- place sodium cyanide in production practice. The application of Minnie gold extraction agent in the ore-dressing plant of Dabaiyang Gold Mine obtains gold leaching rate 90 % ,4.5 percentage points higher than sodium cyanide, achieving significant economic profits.
