摘要
破碎系统在生产过程中产生大量的粉尘,不但直接影响员工正常作业,危害员工身体健康,而且严重污染环境。概述了粉尘治理方法,重点介绍了太平矿业公司的原矿仓、破碎、筛分、皮带和重板给矿机、皮带尾轮和腰轮、皮带托辊(皮带廊)、皮带小车、二次扬尘等不同产尘点的粉尘治理方法,包括尘源的密封和隔离、除尘器、水降尘等。太平矿业公司破碎系统粉尘治理取得了较好效果,车间80%以上的作业环境达到地方行业标准(1. 4 mg/cm3)要求,净化了作业环境,为相似矿山破碎系统粉尘治理提供参考。
Crushing system in the process of production produces a lot of dust. It not only directly affects regular operation, jeopardizes operators' health, but also seriously pollutes the environment. The paper outlined dust control means, and mainly talked about the control strategy for different dust generation spots including primary ore bin, crush- ing,screening,convey belt,heavy-plate feeder, belt tail wheel and waist wheel, belt carrier Mler( belt corridor), belt cart, secondary dust throwing. The methods include the sealing and isolation of dust source, dust removal collection and hydraulic dust fall. The dust control in the crushing system of Pacific mining company achieved satisfactory effect that over 80% workshop operation environment reaches regional industry standard ( 1.4 mg/cm^3 ). The operation environment is cleansed and the research can be used as reference for the dust control of similar crushing systems in mines.
