摘要
针对目前TB/T 1335—1996《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》及TB/T 2369—2010《铁道车辆冲击试验方法》不适合160km/h快捷货车抗冲击性能评价的现状,对比分析了现有机车缓冲器及新研制的快捷货车缓冲器的技术特点,并通过其典型工况的理论计算和冲击试验验证得出了关于160km/h快捷货车冲击试验的评价标准。
In view of the present state that TB/T1335—1996 Strength Design and Test Accreditation Specification for Rolling Stock and TB/T 2369—2010 Impact Test Method and specification of Rolling Stock are not appropriate to the impact resistant performance appraisal for 160 km/h rapid freight cars,the technical features of the present draft gears for locomotives and the newly developed draft gears for rapid freight cars are compared and analyzed,and through the theoretical calculation of typical working conditions and impact test verification,the evaluation standard for impact test on 160 km/h rapid freight cars is obtained.
