摘要 "十二五"期间,交通运输要素资源数字化水平稳步提高,智能化水平持续发展,发展环境不断优化;建立了全国重点营运车辆联网联控系统,推动了全国道路货运车辆公共监管与服务平台建设。"十三五"期间,将提升中国交通运输行业的智能化水平。同时,加强自动驾驶和车路协同技术发展统筹规划,支持鼓励自动驾驶和车路协同关键技术创新,开展智能驾驶与车路协同标准化工作,加强自动驾驶和车路协同的测试基地建设,开展车路协同集成与试点示范应用,推动中国智能驾驶技术的发展。 During the 12th Five Year Plan period, the digitalization of transportation factorial resources has been steadily improved, the level of intelligence has continued to develop, and the development environment has been continuously optimized. The national key operation vehicle networking control system has been established. It has promoted the building of public supervision and service platform for national road freight vehicles. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the level of intelligence in the Chinese transportation industry will be enhanced. At the same time, China will strengthen the overall programing for the development of autonomous driving and vehicle-road coordination technologies, support the promotion of key technologies for autonomous driving and vehicle-road coordination, carry out the standardization of intelligent driving and vehicle-road coordination, strengthen the construction of test bases for autonomous driving and vehicle-road coordination, and develop vehicle-road synergy integration and pilot demonstration to promote the development of China's intelligent driving technology.
