岗位设置视角下的高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力研究 被引量:6

摘要 文章以我国12所高校图书馆网站上公布的组织机构和岗位职责为数据信息源,基于岗位设置的视角,采用网络调查、数理统计、比较分析并结合个别访谈等方法对我国高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力进行调查和比较分析,研究构建出包括基础能力、专业能力和服务能力3个大类的专业馆员职业能力指标体系。该体系包括职业素养、人际沟通与表达、学科专业知识、用户服务等18个能力要素,并提出加快制定图书馆专业馆员岗位设置指导性文件、图书馆管理层高度重视、培养专业馆员的领导组织能力等建议。 Based on the organization structure and position responsibility on the website of 12 academic libraries in China, this paper investigates librarians" professional competencies from the perspective of library post setting of academic libraries. Network investiga- tion, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and individual interview methods are chosen to analyze in the paper, and constructs professional librarians" ability system including 18 elements, such as basic ability, professional ability and service ability, and they inelude professional quality, interpersonal communication and expression, subject professional knowledge, user service, teamwork, inno- vation, academic research, leadership and planning, evaluating capability, organization managenlent, information technology management, project/program management, resources management, data/knowledge management, teaching/speech, information services and marketing promotion. Academic library management in China needs to pay great importance to accelerate the development of library professional librarian post setting guidance document and cultivate the leadership of professional librarians to improve professional li- brarian professional ability. 24 refs.
