捐赠特藏资源的建设与展示--北京大学图书馆的实践

Construction and Exposure of Donated Special Resources:Practice of Peking University Library

图书馆馆藏中,捐赠的资源拥有非常重要的价值,但是目前的书架摆放结合馆藏目录检索的方式对资源的展示不够充分,仅停留在数据层面。文章认为应该将这部分资源进行挖掘和深度展示,提出"展示+挖掘"的建设思路,实现从数据到知识的转变,并给出了详细的建设方法,最后介绍了北京大学图书馆宿白书藏和陈翰笙档案资料库的实践案例,供同行参考。

Donated resources have very important value in the library collection. However, the current approach ＂ on shelves and OPAC search＂ to display the resources is not sufficient which only presents at the data level. This paper proposes that these resources should be analyzed and dug at depth, puts forward the ＂expose and mining＂ construction idea to achieve knowledge level presentation, then introduces a detailed construction method, and finally introduces the practical case of Peking University Library＇s Professor Subai collection and Professor Chen Hansheng collection for reference. 7 refs.
