Research on the Proper Utilization of Personal Data from the Perspective of Big Data

文章从大数据的视角出发,选择英国个人数据保护方面的两部主要适用法律:Data Protection Act和the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations为研究对象,对其中关于个人数据合理使用的相关法条进行分析,总结了8大合理使用目的,并从3个方面归纳总结了个人数据合理使用执行策略,以期为我国个人数据立法,促进个人数据合理使用提供借鉴思考。

From the perspective of big data, selecting two major applicable laws on personal data protection in the UK （ Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Electronic Conmmnieations （EC Directive） Regulations） , the author analyzes the relevant laws and regulations on the proper utilization of personal data, and summarizes the purpose of the eight reasonable uses. And sums up the rational use of personal data from the three aspects, with a view to China＇s personal data legislation and to provide references for the proper utilization of personal data. 15 refs.
